COTTON SEED DESTROYED BY EIRE. B Y CABLE—PRESS . ASSOCIATION—COP I RIGHT. Received 1.50 p.m. to-day. BRISBANE, July 5. A fire in a- cotton ginnery at Rockhampton destroyed a storage shed containing three million pounds of seed valued at £15,000, and two hundred bales of lint worth £SOOO. The seed destroyed represented the hulk of the .supply for next year’s crop. .
