The dairy cows are young Jersey and Jersey cross sorts, being good bodied and typey cattle in good condition. They are due to calve July and August; dates will be given at sale. The sheep are also a tip-top lot and worthy of attention. The implements arc in splendid order and the household furniture is all heart of rimu in the best condition.
