WASHINGTON, June 30. Prospects of a successful outcome of the Geneva negotiations .have been greatly enhanced, in the opinion of the State Department officials, with the announcement that America’s parity with England in all classes of vessels is not questioned by Britain. Officials hope that the finding of an agreement regarding auxiliary craft limitation is only a matter of time and patient discussion.
