ENGLISH QUALITY BISCUITS. JUST LIKE HOME-MADE. The above heading fittingly describes and introduces the ffne display of highclass New Zealand-made biscuits shown in tlie Hall of New Zealand Alanufactures at the Winter Show buildings. That the manufacturers, the Alilderson Biscuit Company, Wellington, have made a study of the public requirements in this direction is apparent from an inspection of their stand, replete with the latest tasty afternoon tea delicacies. Chief among these mayire mentioned three registered brands made by 7 the company—“Butterette,” a rich, shortbread biscuit, guaranteed made from nothing but the finest butter and eggs- “Kokoroonlet,” a daintydelicious cocoanut macaroon, ratafia flavoured; “Omeala,” a delightful, rich, whole-wheat biscuit of the digestive variety, full of nourishment and specially suitable for growing children : Jam Tit Bit (the general favourite). Other varieties shown and sure to attract attention are Currant Shorties, Creamy- Tea, and a host of equally entrancing results of the biscuit baker’s art. A visit of inspection will be well repaid.
