ROUGH PLAY DISCUSSED. (BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.; CHRISTCHURCH, July 1. Rough play was discussed by the Canterbury Rugby Union last evening, when J. Jeffries, of Merivaie,' for striking an opponent in a line-out, was suspended for one playing Saturday. The player denied the offence.
