FARMING IMPLEMENTS.

HELD AND GRAY’S DISPLAY. The well-known implements manufactured in New Zealand by the Dunedin firm of Reid, and Gray need no introduction to the farming community of Taranaki, where implements of practically every type bearing the name of this firm are used extensively. The Reid and Gray Agency Company, of Palmerston North, display a number of these implements at the stand in the machinery hall, and* advise that a special discount of 10 per cent, is being ottered on all orders booked during the period of the show. The display, which is in charge of Mr. I. Smith, includes top-dressers, separators, windmills, harrows, pumps and harvesting machinery. A particularly interesting feature is a small type of one-horse drill, which could successfully be adopted for the cultivation ox small areas in Taranaki. Tlie firm is, of course, unable to display in the allotted space anything appioaching the limit of its manufactures, but information and literature may be obtained at the stand.*
