FOOTBALL ATTRACTIONS.
FOUR MATCHES. As usual, several very interesting football matches will be staged during the week. These are always a draw Hawera, and help to further popularise the show. On Saturday there will be as the principal attraction the match between New Plymouth High School and Wanganui Technical College, always a popular fixture. As a curtain raiser there will be the championship match between Hawera and I Okaiawa. On Wednesday the Wellington team will come to Hawera, and judging by the quality of the selected players, it should prove one of the best matches seen here for a long time. There will also be played a match between Hawera and Stratford High Schools, and, as both are showing capital form, an interesting contest is certain. THE HIGH SCHOOLS' MATCH. TEAMS SELECTED.
