SCHOOL MUSIC.

If AW ERA BOA’S ’ ORCHESTRA. In aid of the funds of the Hawera Main School Orchestra a concert will be given by the orchestra on July 15, in the Opera House. The orchestra numbers thirty and practically all the instruments are included. The boys have been practising assiduously under their conductor, Air. 11. C. A. Fox, and are showing much progress. Their ages range from seven to thirteen years and all the young performers are enthusiasts. They will be assisted by Miss Vera Mogiiiie, a soprano singer, formerly of Auckland, who has come to reside in Hawera.

There will also he items on the programme by other adult and juvenile artists.
