ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
CAE GOES OVER BANK. (by telegraph—press ASSOCIATION.! WAN’GAN Ul, June 20. Horace Alabaster, a milk vendor, was seriously injured this morning through his car going over a bank /0 to 80 feet deep on Durie Hill. Ihe car was a complete wreck. A son, who was driving with him at down the hank, and was. not injured.
A MAORI KILLED. WANGANUI, June 25. The police have received advice that a Maori, Puo. Ivumeroa, aged 20 years, was killed. at 'Waikiki, up-river, yesterday , fhirongh being kicked by a horse. As far as can. be ascertained he wats putting the horse through a gate when it lashed, out and kicked him on the chest. Ho died instantly, presumably from rupture of the. heart.
