BUT WITHOUT PASSPORTS. SIX COMMUNIST CHILDREN LEAVE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. LONDON, June 22. The six children who were refused passports to go to Moscow 1 , sailed in a Russian ship, despite the refusal. It is pointed out that it is possible to leave the country without a passport, but the Government can prevent the return of persons departing thus.
