FIRE IN GARAGE.
(BY TELEGRAPH'"PRESS ASSOCIATION.! ROTORUA, June 22. At eight o’clock this morning a tire occurred in the Rotorua ’Bus Company’s garage. The tanks of the cars were being filled preparatory to today’s work when one ’bus burst into flames. Another adjacent immediately caught tire. The brigade promptly put in a heavy lead of water, but was powerless to stay the blaze. The building, which was built of concrete, was insured. One ’bus was completely destroyed and the other badly scotched.
