The discovery that General Avarescu, Prime Minister, had circulated an order that- -in event of the King s death al - civil power shall pass immediately into the hands, of the nearest senior army officer, resulted in his dismissal. It was stated that a copy reached M. Bra-tia.no. who -showed it to the King. The newspapers are. charging Avaresen’s Ministers with misuse of public funds.—A.P.A". and ‘‘Sun.
