BUTTER PRIZES
LIST OF AWARDS. NATIONAL DAIRY SHOW. TA R.AN-AKI CHAMPIONSHIP. (BY TELEGRAPH - PRESS ASSOCIATION.) PALMERSTON N., June 13. The results of the butter competitions at the National Dairy Show, which opens to-morrow, were made available this morning. The entries are the largest in the history of the association, and the judges say that the quality of the exhibits is well ahead of those of previous years. The butter had all undergone a. hard test, being subjected to a lengthy storage period, three months. It is pleasing to find that, with one of two exceptions, the quality stood the test well and opened' up as fresh as the day it went into coof storage. The flavour, body, .salting, etc., and the general get up of the exhibits leaves little to be desired. Results follow:
