Received 1.30 p.m. to-day. OTTAWA, May 30. Canada ba,s despatched a note to Moscow declining; the Soviet Mission's urgent request to reconsider the decision to , end the trade treaty. The document alluded to the ilegesl accorded to the Soviet Mission in Canada, pointing out that its undertaking was that propaganda subversive of British institutions was to cease throughout the Empire.. Evidence to the contrary having been secured by the British Government, Canada felt constrained to abrogate the arrangements. —“Sydney Sun' ’ Cable.
