Received 11.25 a.m. to-day. MANAGUA (Nicaragua), May 28. A message from. Ghinandegia states that the Liberal General Cabulla, was .shot and_ killed by Captain Richards, of the United States Marine Corps, allegedly in self-defence. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
