8Y CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT, Received 11.10 a.m. to-day. SYDNEY, (May 24.
Following a round-table conference between representatives of the Federal executive of the Labour Party, the Seale and Conroy executives, the Seale executive virtually closed the door to any near prospect of reuniting the Labour forces in New South Wales, by carrying a resolution stating that, having heard the report of the delegates to the conference, the executive is of the opinion that no&pod (service could be served by accepting the invitation of the Federal executive to participate in any conference called on the basis proposed. It further calls on all affiliated unions to treat the proposed special conference with- the utmost contempt, as the executive is convinced that in this action it will meet with the unanimous approval of the rank and file of the Australian Labour Party.
