DOG TRIALS.

MEETING AT PAPARANGI. The Paparangi dog trials were held fast week in fine weather, and attracted a record number of entries and spectators. The .ground was situated near the Brunswick bridge, and was in the' opinion of Mr 0. J. Dunlop (Hawefia), who officiated a,s judge, one of the best on the coast. Following are the results:— Class 1 (35 entries). —F. King Rob Roy, 404 points, 1; F. England’s Black, 41) points. 2: E. Leahy’s 'Marvin, 39 points, 3; W. G. Harper’s Don, 384 points, 4.
