AN AGREEMENT REACHED.

At the .Supreme Court, New Plymouth, to-day, in the ease of Robert Seott Sage, as Deputy Official. Assignee v. John Ralph Nairn, in which a .claim was made for specific performance of an agreement to purchase, or £6OO damages and a counter claim for £409 18s 2d for money recevied for the use of defendant, Mr. J. Houston, for plaintiff, stated that a settlement had been reached on both claim and counter claim and it was asked, with tlie consent of Mr. 11. L. Spratt, for the defendant, that the action be allowed to remain on the list pending the carrying into effect of the agreement. Counsel’s application was granted accordingly.
