The decisive match between Higgs and Ulrich has been postponed until to-morrow owing to rain. BERNE, May 21. South Africa beat Switzerland by three matches to nil, and earned the right to meet Germany in the third round. BRUSSELS, May 21. Belgium beat Poland by throe games to nil, and will now meet Czechoslovakia in the third round. AMERICAN PLAYERS DEFEATED. PARIS, May 21. In a tennis doubles match, Burgnon and Borotra beat Tilden and Hunter, 4—6, 6—2, 6—2.
