Mr Justice Stringer and two assessors announced their award in the litigation lx;tween the Royal Motor Bus Company and the Auckland City Council as to the amount to be paid .for taking over the. concern. The company is awarded) £21,275, in effect splitting the difference between the amount offered and claimed. The company was also allowed, costs amounting to £250, witnesses’ expenses, and fees of two assessors at £SO each.
