GOLF.
HAWERA LADIES’ CLUB. The competition to be played on Friday is a bogey match for a trophy presented by Mrs Meuli. Players choose (heir own partners.. A match with the Stratford Ladies’ Golf Club, on tho Hawera links, is being arranged, and will probably take place on Thursday, the 2Gth inst. Advice has been received from the L.G.U. that tho Coronation medal Tound is to.be played during the last week in May. The exact date will be posted in the club house.
