HUSBAND DENIES MALICE. SUFFERING WIFE STRANGLED. LONDON, April 27. Samuel Tve, aged GB, a respected colliery official, churchman and preacher, of Steetly, Derbyshire charged w.ith “feloniously, and with malice aforethought,” strangled 'his wife, aged Go, calmly replied: “Not feloniously and with malice, aforethought. She asked me.” His wife had been frequently operated upon for an internal complaint, and a further operation had been pending.
