Arnery, replying to a question, said that official communications between South Africa and Britain would be made from July 1 through officials instead of the Gover-nor-General. On the same date also Canada will adopt this change. Imperial Conference decisions have been operating in the Free State since May 1. —Aus. Press Assn, and “Sun.”
