FOR DISARMAMENT CONFERv ENCE.
BY CABLE-PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPY RIGHT LONDON, May 9. Cabinet has decided to appoint Viscount Cecil, along with the Rt. Hon, W. C. Bridge man, a.s head of the British delegation l to the disarmament conference, in view of the former's position and experience' at the conference with the preparatory commission. It is confirmed that the delegation will submit proposals further limiting the size of battleships aind cruisers, rather than their numbers.
