TOKIO, May 5. Addressing the Lower House, the Prime Minister, Mr. Tanaka, after outlining the events leading to the econin the country, asked Parliament to .support the Finance Bill, notwithstanding the predictions. The Opposition immediately commencing obstruction tactics. They are awaiting an opportunity to defeat the Government.
The situation is the tensest known in any national crisis. The outcome will remain doubtful for 24 hoars.
