GERMAN BANKS GRANT LARGE OVERDRAETS. ->Y OaRT.E -PRESS ASSOCIATION- COPYRIGHT (Received 1.25 p.m. to-day. LONDON, April 26. The “Daily Telegraph’s” diplomatic correspondent isavs that despite emphatic Berlin denials regarding the statement that German banks have granted credits to the Soviet, fresh admissions in the course of hurried explanations reveal that large overdrafts have already been allowed beyond the fifteen millions agreed to in 1926. It is feared the description “overdrafts on old credits” is a poor effort to conceal the new ones.
