Hill, of Island Bay, a member of a party which is searching for the missing youths in the Ta.rasrua ranges, broke a log in tbe bad country at the- back of Dale field. It will take two days to carry him to the hospital. Another party will leave, to-day. It is suggested that the two lads have probably been drowned and washed down one of the streams and the bodies concealed bv the debris. OTAKI, April 27. Professor Wilson and his party have returned from the Tararua® after a search for the missing men. They saw no trace.
