N.S.W. CABINET. STORMY MEETING. MR WILLIS REFUSES RESIGN. BY CABLE—PEES? ASSOCIATION—COPYBCGHT. SYDNEY, April 20. Cabinet met and adjourned without reaching finality concerning the crisis which has arisen over Mr Lang’s action at the Labour conference, owing to the absence of Mr Willis, who could not be found. Further efforts are being made to locate him in order to secure his attendance at a later Cabinet meeting, when the Ministers hope finality will be readied. A later message states that the Cabinet, with Mr Willis present, considered the crisis and postponed further consideration until the caucus meeting on Tuesday next, but it was made clear that Mr Willis must resign from the Ministry. Received 10.50 a.m. to-day.

SYDNEY, April 21. At a. stormy meeting of Cabinet, Mr Willis refused to resign from the Ministry. Mr Willis reiterated his charges against Messrs Goodin, and Gillies, who caused trouble in the party some time ago, and said that they should not he permitted to remain im the party. Members of Cabinet, at a subsequent meeting, which was not attended by Mr Lang or by Mr Willis. , reaffirmed the decisions arrived at. on the previous day. It. was decided not to accept, in any shape or form, the motion passed by the Seale conference'.
