1927 WINTER SHOW.

N.Z. INDUSTRIES THE FEATURE. A SEVEN DAYS’ EXHIBITION. Some details in connection with, the next South Taranaki Winter Show at Hawera, which will open on June 28 and will extend over seven, days until July 6, were discussed at the ordinary meeting of the executive yesterday, when Air J. R. Corrigan, chairman, presided. It was announced that the main, feature would be New Zealand industries, and that the exhibition would be held under the patronage of the Hon. A. D. McLeod, Minister of Industries and Commerce. There will be a strong representation of the industries of the Dominion under the direction of the Dominion Association. The dairy section would be well up to previous shows, and entries from most of the leading factories had been, received. In the poultry section, championships in Light Sussex, Utility White Leghorn and Fancy Coloured Wyandottes have been awarded to Hawera. Everything pointed to a most successful show this year.
