STILL CAUSING ANXIETY.

TREATY OF TIRANA. A REVISION WANTED. BY CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPY RIGHT. LONDON, April 19. The “Daily Telegraph’s” diplomatic correspondent, states that- the revival •of the lta’io-Serbian controversy still continues to cause anxiety. Veilmeant diplomatic intervention by Paris, London and Berlin lias yielded no concrete results, as France is suspected because she is an ally of Serbia, and Britain because she is supposed to be friendly with. Italy, and official Germany is most anxious not to offend either Italy or Serbia. Belgrade continues to be anxious to raise the question of the 'treaty of Tirana at Geneva on the ground that Italy declines to discuss its revision by direct negotiations.
