ACTRESS’S DIVORCE.
FROM DEFAULTING HUSBAND. SYDNEY, March 25. The well-known film actress. Louise Lovely, who returned to Sydney a couple of years ago, and now runs a cafe in the city, was a successful petitioner in divorce this week. Aliss Lovely married AVilliam Harry Welch in 1912, and in 1914 went io America, where she appeared with .success in many pictures. Soon after her return to Sydney in 1924, Air. AVelch left her. Applying to the Court, she was granted an order for restitution of conjugal rights. This order Mr. AVelc-h did lint obey, and she has obtained a divorce on the ground of desertion.
