SHEEP FARMER’S DEATH. (]IY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WAIROA, April 12. A well-known sheep fanner, William Jobson, was found dead on the Mo-rere-Oputama road yesterday afternoon. Evidently lie fell off his horse through heart failure. CASUALTIES AT AV ATM ATE. AYAI.MATE. April 12. Airs. A. Coutt.s was admitted to -hospital yesterday as the result- of severe burns" from trier clothes catching fire. She died -shortly after midnight. A youth named A. Harrison, while rabbiting with a friend, was Yvounded in the upper part of the- leg as the result ol' the accidental discharge o-f a pea rifle. LORRY PASSENGER. KILLED. WESTPORT, April 12. While a! party was proceeding from Granitv to Ngakawau last night in a lorry a bullock jumped on to the road and was struck by the lorry. The bullock’s leg went- through the windscreen. Mrs Clementson, aged 73, fell on her head on the road, and was severely injured, dying six hours later.
