COMING NORTH. BY' TELEGRAPH —SPECIAL TO THE STAR. WELLINGTON, April 12. The Minister of Agriculture (the Hon. O. J. Hawken) and his private secretary (Mr W. J. Shanly) proposes to leave Wellington on Thursday for Wanganui, and will arrive at Hawera on Saturday. The week-end will be spent at E-ltham, and the Minister will return south on April 19, proceeding via. Marton to Hamilton, where he will spend a day. He will reach Aucklandon the evening of April 20, and pro-]>ose-s to proceed immediately to Whangarei, starting a. tour of North Auckland, which will last a week.
