PATEA v. MANAIA. On Saturday a. team from the Manaia/ Croquet Club played a. return match with the Pateai Club. The visitors were most hospitably entertained by the Pateai Club. The lawns vere in splendid order. The following are the results (Manaia being mentioned first): Doubles. —Mr Clague and Mrs McKay 26 v. Mr and Mrs Horner 17; Mrs Snowdon and Miss Stoddart 26 v. Mrs Masters- and Mrs Glenuy 22. Singles.—Mr Clague 0 v. Mr Horner 26; Mrs McKay 12 v. Mrs Masters 26; Airs Snowdon IS v. Mrs- Horner 26; Miss Stoddart 16 v. Mrs Glenny 26. Total points.—Manaia, 98: Pa-tea. 143.
