Potts, lecturer on zoology at Cambridge University, is endeavouring to form an expedition of scientists..

Personally', he hopes to go to Australia at the end of .Tunc, and his companions will leave a fortnight later. The personnel of the expedition, has not yet been decided, but Professor Potts hopes to get the services of all the foremost men, some of whom may have difficulty in getting-leave. Professor Potts plans to provide a headquarters at Cairns, with a camp on a nearby island, using a chartered 40 ton motor-boat, capable of carrying trawls and nets.

The expedition will have the advice and help of Professor Richards, of Brisbane, also the practical experience of Professor Potts, who was a member of the Murrav Island expedition in 1913.
