America’s race towards the clouds is to be carried a step farther by a tower of fiats, to be twice as high as the Woolwcrth Building, and 292 feet higher than the Larkin Tower, recently announced as beating all heights records. It will stand on the Palisades Cliffs across the Hudson River from. New York, and it is intended that it shall house 15,000 peoplb. The building will be designed on the Eiffel Tower model, but will be 1000 feet high.
