Starry was charged with publishing in n pamphlet known. a 3 the “Christian Inquirer,” a “scandalous, impious, blasphemous, profane, indecent libel of and concerning God, the Holy Bible, the body of the Scriptures, and the Christian religion.”' Ho was found guilty by a jury to-day. Sentence was deferred. This is the first case of the kind in Canada.
