SMALLER BALLS BEING MADE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received 12.30 p.m. to-day. LONDON, March 13. British cricket ball manufacturers are busy making smaller balls. There are considerable stocks of nine-inch balls, the present minimum, which becomes the maximum under the new rules. „ -Supplies of the new minimum, Rl3-16, much favoured by the Australians, have to be made.
