RUSSIAN TRADE DELEGATE.
ARRESTED BY THE TURKS BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOgIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received 10.40 a.m. to-day. CONSTANTINOPLE, March 13. Turks have arested Akounoff, one of the heads of the Busso-Turkisli trade delegation. It was alleged that •he was in possession of compromising documents dealing with Turkish military defences. Despite Riissian appeals, the Turks refused to release him.—“ Times.”
