NOT YET ABLE TO TRAVEL. IBS' TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION.) NELSON, March 12. This morning’s bulletin stated that the Duchess of York had a very good night, and her general condition was completelv satisfactory. The inflammation of the throat, however, had not yet entirely subsided, and it was not thought advisable that Her Royal Highness should travel to-day. The Renown left Ficton at 8 o’ciock this morning for Nelson.
