BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received 10.10 a.m. to-day. LONDON, March 11. The Anglo-Cuban telephone was successfully opened with a conversation between Commander Locker Lampson, the Foreign IJnder-Seeretary, and Senor Horitz, a Cuban Minister. The conversation was described as “audible.”
