CROQUET.
CAMPBELL CUP. The croquet tournament in South Taranaki for the cups given by Mrs J. E. Campbell for A grade, and (Mrs MeL’Dowie for B grade: players, was continued to-day with the finals of the Campbell Cup competition. In the morning games were played between Mrs McKfiv and Mrs Fountains (hiltham) against Mrs Bennett and Miss Power (Hawera). The Elthorn. pair won bv 26 to 23. In the other game. Mrs Campbell and Mrs McGregor (Eltham) played Mrs Bull and Mrs -Suisted (Hawera), the Hawera players winnin.tr bv 26 to 23, thus mailing a total of 49 points all. The game was thus a draw. The finals are two games out of three. 1
