Defendants in the following judgment summons cases_ were ordered to pay the amounts specified, in default to undergo imprisonment as stated: Ada Martin v. John Rogers £3 7s 4d, or four davs; R. T. Bullock v. Takii Williams, £9 Os 6d and costs 15s 6d, or 10 days ; Ellen Harrington v. R. Greenbanlc, £2 10s, or three days; J. Kerrisk v. Henare Waitai £6 8s Gd and costs 15s Gd, or eight days; J.
