In consequence of a recent illness, Lady Fcvgusson has boon ordered a complete rest for the next two or three months. Therefore, she will be unable during tl],at time to carry out her usual duties and activities. Their Excellencies have been obliged to abandon tlie.ir visit to Christchurch in April. The Governor takes leave of the Duke and Duchess of V ork at the Bluff on March 22. After that he will visit the Maniototo country, and during April carry out such engagements in the South Island as have already been made.
