GUIDED BY RADIO.
TOURNEY OF AEROPLANE. AN AAIERIGAN ACHIEVEMENT. DETROIT, Feb. 15. A stout Ford three-motor aeroplane landed at Detroit early to-day after a flight from Dayton, during which it was guided entirely by radio. This is the first time in history of aviation that an aeroplane has been guided perfectly by radio from separate fields, with messages tabulated by coordination. The messages were received aboard the aeroplane in rndio dots and dashes on a chart facing the pilot, whose slightest deviation was registered.
