Five days’ continuous fog has resulted'in an; almost complete dislocation of London’s shipping business.; The liner Mooltan, deft Tilbury Dock on Saturday, but was compelled to anchor below Gravesend, where she still lies, with her passengers aboard, including Piineess Beatrice, who is bound for Gibraltar. Similar fate attended many other vessels. The Mooltanls mails, will be delayed for at least three days, for even if she is able to leave to-night. She cannot depart from Marseilles before Monday.
