PUNISHMENT OF REBELS. HY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION— COPYRIGHT LISBON, Feb. 14. The Government has issued a decree that the revolutionaries are to he tried without a jury, but the sentences will he subject to confirmation by. a court of appeal. Moreover, the instigators will be made responsible toi the damage caused by bombardment. The Republican Guard wall be disbanded and all political clubs and association concerned in the revolt dissolved.
