WHAREROA.
(From Our Own Correspondent). . SCHOOL PICNIC. At a meeting, held in the Whareroa. Hall last Thursday evening it was decided to hold the local school picnic at Ngaere Gardens next Friday. Another meeting will he held on Tuesday evening to complete detailed arrangements regarding the number of cars available for conveying the children and adults to the picnic. The' Whareroa School opened last Monday morning with a good attendance.
