This ceremony occurs when the Brownie is ready to leave the pack and take her place in a. guide company. To the Brownie herself it means leaving the old friends, but at the same time she goes to a new ‘comradeship in the girdcs. All Brownies look forward eagerly to the time when they will fly tip to the tompanies. They are then entitled to wear their “Brownie wings'.” Our Dominion Commissioner, MrsJ h. K.
