A NON-PARTY VOTE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received 12.10 p.m. to-day. SYDNEY, Feb. 9. The division of the Legislative Council resulting in the rejection of the Liquor Bill was a, non-party one, several members of the Government Party crossing the floor and voting against the Bill.
